The ILAP aims at providing a platform to students to showcase the application of knowledge and demonstrate their skills through project work. Arts & Science Exhibition – ILAP 2024-25 would be organized at Zonal and then at National Level in the months of September 2024 – January 2025

The Quizabled Foundation invites students with ID (13-20 yrs age grp) & HI (Grades 6-12) of selected schools (Inclusive Schools/SRP Centres/Spl Schools) to design and exhibit arts & science projects on any of the above listed sub-themes of the main themes.
Science & Technology and Arts. The students may register, submit and showcase their projects, with the help of their schools.

- Schools willing to send their students to participate need to register online between 20th September to 18 th October 2024 at https:/Quizabled.in ……………………………. The last date for registration and submission of project ideas is 18th October. Please submit your project ideas while registering your participation by clicking the above link.
- A participating School can register two teams (a team comprises two students of the same group).
- Students with ID can participate in Group 1 – 13-20 yrs of age group and
- Students with HI can participate in Group 2 – Grades 6-12.
- A registering School Teams will submit two different ideas from its two teams for making their project. The project ideas will be approved by the Core team of the Quizabled Foundation. Once the ideas are approved a registering school teams can work on their detail project.
- A registering School Teams will be represented by
- a) A maximum of two teams of students of the same group / 1 team with ID & 1 team with HI
- b) One mentor – their school teacher or a volunteer
- A participating School can register two teams (a maximum of two teams of students of the same group or 1 team of students with ID & another team of students with HI from IE Schools).
- Though the portal would accept the registration and submission of project ideas till the last day i.e. 18th October 2024 however, to avoid the last day’s rush, the schools are advised to register and submit Project ideas within 12 days of this post.
- The screening of the entries would be done, project ideas would be approved and informed the teams about the approved ideas to work on their project in detail before the zonal level exhibitions
- The names of the students and the mentor teacher/volunteer, once registered, will not be changed at any stage of the project. The school team participating at Zonal and National Level must remain the same.
- The sub – theme once selected cannot be changed. Similarly, the title of the Project cannot be changed.
- Each registered team would be provided a unique login credential on the ILAP page in the Quizabled portal for online project submission of the approved idea.
- The students/ team project may be – an investigation-based study, application of basic principles of Science and Technology,
a novel solution/indigenous design to a problem/challenge.
Care should be taken to use local & eco-friendly materials in the preparation of exhibits
The teams would be required to submit their projects (title, description, list of materials used, images, video) on the portal using their unique login credentials within the time-frame for submission (7th December 2024).

- The screening of the entries would be done before the national level exhibitions to select the finalists from each group.
- The exhibits will be assessed by Juries as per the following criteria:
- The decision of the Juries would be final.
- The Zonal stage of exhibition will be held online.
- The National finals venue details will be notified (on Quizabled web portal) and communicated to individual schools on their email ids/WhatsApp group.
- Grand Finale at National level on 2nd/4th week of January 2025 (Dates TBD)
- The participating school/team would be provided the following: expenses related to participation of selected teams in the National event –Transportation & lodging/boarding arrangements at the venue city of the exhibition. Participation of Schools/teams
- The Zonal Round of teams from 10 Schools from each State would be held online through video conferencing.
- The team/s from Schools winning the Zonal Round would be required to participate for the National Round in India physically. The travel, food and stay will be arranged by the Quizabled Foundation.
- The selected best 10 exhibits, 2 each from 5 States (the number may increase or decrease depending on the quality of the exhibit) at the Zonal level.
- The selected 10 best entries from two groups at the National Level will be rewarded suitably.
