Anirudh Biligeri Govindaya is a graduate of Commerce with a postgraduate degree in Law and a qualified Company Secretary. He has vast experience working in multinational and transnational companies and held senior positions as Vice President, CEO and Director. He was instrumental in bringing the internationally acclaimed Toyota to India in a joint venture with the Indian conglomerate.

Ruma Banerjee is the Vice Chairperson of Seva-in-Action by profession she is a psychologist and has done her post graduate diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation from the University of London. She has been actively working for the past 4 decades’ years in the field of inclusive education (IE) and disability. She has been a consultant with government at state national and UN agencies and international organizations for developing and promoting Inclusive Education.

She was working as a State Nodal Agency Centre Coordinator for 7 years with National Trust for implementing the schemes and programmes in Karnataka.
